Who is behind Bali Estate Group

Bali Estate Group was founded by Roy Volkering as a developer and seller of luxury real estate investments in Bali, focused on private and corporate investors. The team consists of an experienced commercial, legal and operational core, with partners and specialists on the ground in Bali itself.

How long we have been active

We have been active in Bali since 2021 as a developer of luxury villa and hotel projects. In that time we have developed and brought several projects into operation, and we have built a dedicated team focused on guiding investors.

Our approach

We develop the real estate ourselves rather than working as a reseller. That means we select the location ourselves, set up the legal structure, contract the operator and produce the annual reporting. For you as an investor there are no extra intermediaries, no untraceable structures, and a transparent cost statement.

We partner with international operators such as MĀUA by Swiss-Belhotel for Nova Ocean Resort, have negotiated leasehold terms of up to 80 years for our projects where the market stands at 30 years, and guide you personally per project rather than through a community model.
