What return can I expect?
Depending on the type of property and the location, gross rental returns average between 15% and 20% per year.
Can I own property in Bali as a foreigner?
Yes. Through a leasehold structure or a PT PMA (foreign-owned company) you can invest legally. We guide the entire legal structure.
Can I use the property myself?
Absolutely. You can stay a number of weeks each year yourself. For the rest of the year the property is professionally rented out for return.
How does management and rental work?
Every project has a local team ready to take rental, marketing, cleaning and maintenance completely off your hands. You are fully unburdened.
What are the additional costs?
Think of the notary, management and service costs and taxes. During the introductory call we provide a complete and transparent cost overview.
How high is the occupancy rate of a property?
In prime locations our properties achieve an average occupancy rate of 80 to 95 percent, fully professionally managed.
