Jef is involved in all aspects of the process. Jef manages the legal aspects and the design and construction process.
After completing his university education in Germany, Jef has built an impressive track record developing over 20 beautiful villas in Bali, each with its unique charm and character, ranging from 2 to 6 bedroom villas. He has refined his expertise in materials, costs and quality. Jef also owns his own villas and rents them out successfully!
With a unique background of cultures - half German and half Indonesian - and a long-term involvement in the real estate market in Bali, he has an extensive network of reliable partners and contacts within the Balinese government.
